• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled in www.ladyandlittleklothing.in
• Only damaged items are accepted for return. 
• A video of the package being opened is required for returning the product.
• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, let us know within 24 hours by emailing us at ladyandlittlebysaashiis@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +91 9940256811.
• Please mention the Order id for reference with Subject “DAMAGED”, and share us the details of the damage thru mail or Whatsapp. Please do not accept tampered package, we will not be responsible if tampered packages are accepted and product is found to be damaged. 
• We will share the return address over mail or whatsapp and you can send the return package once we check the video and confirm.
• Return should be done within 7 days of receiving your order. 
• Make sure the item is in its original condition, with the price tag and clear poly bag intact, and include the original invoice. 

Refund Policy

• Once we receive the returned product and verify it, we will confirm you over the refund through mail or WhatsApp
• Your refund will be initiated to the original payment method 
• You will receive the refund within 7 business days, as per bank policy.
